A discovery menu (starter, main course, local cheese and dessert) is available only in the evening, on reservation, for the hotel guests.

Menus are differents every day, prepared from a selection of quality products, from here and elsewhere according to daily arrivals. Plates filled with fresh, colorful and seasonal fruits and  vegetables seduce the finest meat, and enchant the most tasty fish and shellfish.

Everything is homemade on the day for your enjoyment.

Of course, an alternative is offered if the dinner does not suit you.

Dinners are served on the terrace overlooking the Alberes when the weather is nice and during wintertime in the dining room near the fireplace.

Meanwhile the wine invites you to discover the Roussillon. We visit Collioure, Maury, Banyuls with your nose, traveling on limestone or shale paths with buds, you can stroll between the spray and grapes with the language. Close your eyes and let yourself be guided by the best addresses in small local producers that we offer.
