Breakfasts
Pastries, fresh bread and toast, juice, fruit salad or stewed fresh fruit according to season, milk food and hot drink. Ham, cheese, eggs are prepared  in each morning.

Dinners
A seasonal gourmet cuisine is served for dinner only by reservation, as a single menu (appetizer, starter, main dish, cheese or dessert). The Mediterranean-inspired dinners and regional are prepared daily from fresh produce market.
