The Dali Theatre-Museum

The largest surrealistic object in the world, is housed in a nineteenth century building was formerly the old Municipal Theatre, destroyed at the end of the civil war. On its ruins as Salvador Dalí decided to build its musée

« The painting course was fully subscribed. It was again based at the Relais des Chartreuses at The Boulou where the Besset provided a warm welcome and excellent cuisine. The weather was perfect for the entire week and under the tutelege of Bob Kenny Smith, the group achieved some remarkable results across a wide range of individual. To everyone’s surprise, someone even sold a painting, on the spot to a passer by and so were able to subsidise their costs. Apart from one day in Spain, locations were all either on the Côte Rocheuse, in the Albères or in the Vallespir. The course has provided so successful that a second course has been arranged for the autumn (Octobre 12th to 19th) and that too is fully subscribed ».
